体調に合わせて薬草を配合し、サウナで身体の内側から温めます。 プライベート空間をご準備し、カウンセリング、薬草スチームサウナ、その後のアフターケア、そして終了後は体を整えるお茶で体も心もゆったりと整えてください。 We use a blend of medicinal herbs according to your physical condition, which warm up your body from the inside out in the sauna. We will prepare a private space for you to relax and regenerate your body and mind with a consultation, herbal steam sauna, aftercare, and a body conditioning tea afterwards. ［1］デトックスウオーターを召し上がりながらカウンセリング (detox water will be served) ［2］薬草スチームサウナ 30分 アーユルヴェーダのヘッドオイルを使用したマッサージの後足湯 に入りながらスチームサウナでじっくりと「綺麗な」発汗を行います (foot bath and 30 minute steam sauna after an ayurveda head massage) ［3］御足を茶の実オイルで押し上げしていきます。(tea oil foot massage) ［4］完全なプライベート空間で体と心を整えるお時間。薬草のお茶でゆったりとご自身の心地よい状態に整えていきます。（Zero Waste Kyotoのドライフルーツと共に）(aftercare tea and snacks)
